This present Privacy Policy has information regarding the way we treat, total or partial, on automized way or not, the personal data of users which access our website. Our goal is to clarify the ones interested about the types of data that are collected, the reasons for it to be collect and the way or users can use, manage or exclude that information.

3. The obligation of not offering third part data
While using the website, in order to safeguard and protect the third part right, the website user must offer only their own personal data, and not from a third part.

The data collect of the user will happen under compliance with what is written on this Privacy Policy and will depend on the consent of the user, which is only dispensable the hypothesis described on art 11, item II, of Personal Data Protection Law.

The use, by the user, of determined functionalities of the website will depend of the registration, being that, in those cases, the following user data will be collect and store:

Eventually, other type of data not expressed provided on this Privacy Policy can be collected, whereas it is offered with the consent of the user, or, yet, which the collection are allowed or imposed by law.

Personal data of the user, collected by the website are intended to facilitate, streamline and fulfill the commitments established with the user and to enforce requests made by filling out forms.
