STEP 01 - EXECUTION
Prepare the hoop with the stabilizer
STEP - 02
Place the thread in the machine and in the bobbin with the color of the finishing thread for the execution of the entire piece
Obs.: Preferably use the top thread and the bobbin thread for the finishing with the color closest to the color of the lining
STEP - 03
Place in the machine the FLAG BOW design and execute the first color which will be the marking of the bow
STEP - 04
Place the E.V.A 4.72 X 7.87 in over the marking and secure it with crepe tape on the edges
STEP - 05
Take it to the machine and execute the fixing of the material with the same finishing thread
STEP - 06
Place the white tricoline fabric 3.14 x 5.51 in over the lower marking and secure it with crepe tape
STEP - 07
Take it to the machine and execute the fixing. After fixing, remove from the machine and trim the excess fabric
STEP - 08
Place the red tricoline fabric 2.75 x 7.87 in over the upper marking and secure it with crepe tape
STEP - 09
Take it to the machine and execute the fixing. After fixing, remove from the machine and trim the excess fabric
STEP - 10
Place the navy tricoline fabric 1.96 x 4.33 in over the upper marking on the right side and secure it with crepe tape
Passo - 11
Take it to the machine and execute the fixing. After fixing, remove from the machine and trim the excess fabric
STEP - 12
Return with the hoop to the machine and execute the next colors of the embroidery of the design:

250 YEARS DESIGN (4 COLORS)
STEP - 13
Place on the back side of the hoop the white tricoline fabric (lining) 4.72 X 7.87 in and secure it with crepe tape
STEP - 14
Take it to the machine and execute the fixing of the back part (lining)
STEP - 15
After fixing, remove from the machine and trim the excess fabric from the front and from the back
Back side
STEP - 16
Keep the same finishing thread in the machine and in the bobbin and return to the machine. Execute the finishing of the satin stitch
STEP - 17
Remove from the machine, remove from the hoop, tear away the stabilizer and clean the embroidery. Set aside for gluing in step 02
STEP 02 - BOW GLUING
STEP - 01
Place a drop of glue in the middle of the bow on the back side and fold one of the sides over the glue
Clip with a clip and wait to dry
STEP - 02
Place a drop of glue on the folded part and fold the other side of the bow over the glue
Clip with a clip and wait to dry again
STEP - 03
Remove the clip and fold the bottom part upwards (tab)
Turn the bow to the back
Place a drop of glue in the middle of the bow on the back side
Fold the tab over the glue and secure with a clip and wait to dry
STEP - 04
Apply glue to the flat side of the hair clip
STEP - 05
Place the hair clip centered on the back side of the bow
