STAGE - 01

STEP 01

Prepare the hoop with two layers of tear-away stabilizer.

Load the embroidery design into the machine.

PASSO 02

Take the hoop to the embroidery machine and stitch the placement outline.

Note: The markings indicated by the arrows show the positions where the T-shirt will be secured to the hoop.

STEP 03

Place the hoop on top of the polyionda sheet.

Alternative (US-friendly):
Place the hoop on top of the corrugated plastic sheet.

STEP 04

Choose one side seam of the T-shirt and align the seam with the center placement line stitched in the hoop.

Position the T-shirt hem so that it is aligned with the horizontal placement line.

STEP 05

Secure the T-shirt with pins, attaching it to the board at the placement marks indicated in Step 02.

STEP 06

Secure the T-shirt hem with masking tape.

Place pins as close as possible to the hoop frame, attaching the T-shirt to the stabilizer.

STEP 07

Remove the four pins that were used in Step 05.

STEP 08

Take the hoop to the embroidery machine and stitch the T-shirt securing outline.

STEP 09

Remove the masking tape from the center area, leaving only the pieces on the sides in place.

STEP 10

Carefully cut the T-shirt fabric along the inside edge of the placement outline, as shown in the photo.

STEP 11

Replace the bobbin with one wound in the finishing thread color.

STEP 12

Take the hoop to the embroidery machine and stitch the first color.

STEP 13

Replace the bobbin with white thread and stitch the remaining color stops.

STEP 14

Once the embroidery is complete, remove the masking tape and all pins.

STEP 15

Cut the basting stitches from the initial placement outline on both the front and back sides of the hoop. This will prevent the embroidery from puckering when the stabilizer is removed.

After cutting the basting stitches, remove the project from the hoop and clean up the embroidery.
