STEP-BY-STEP

IMPORTANT

Placement line: represented in the embroidery file with the color PURPLE

Fabric tack-down: represented in the embroidery file with the color GRAY

STEP 01

- Prepare the hoop with the stabilizer.

STEP 02

- Place it on the embroidery machine and stitch the first color, which will be the placement line for the first appliqué.

STEP 03

- Place the 5,90" x 5,90" EVA foam or acrylic batting and the 5,90" x 5,90" tricoline fabric over it.
- Secure the edges with masking tape.

STEP 04

- Return the hoop to the machine and stitch the second color, which will tack down the appliqué.
- After stitching, remove the tape.

STEP 05

- Keep the hoop on the machine and stitch the next colors of the design until you reach the part that fixes the back fabric — represented in GRAY.

STEP 06

- Turn the hoop over and place the 5,90" x 5,90" tricoline fabric on the back, securing it with masking tape.

STEP 07

- Return the hoop to the machine and stitch the next color (gray), which will fix the back fabric in place.

STEP 08

- Remove the hoop from the machine and trim the excess fabric on both the front and the back.

STEP 09

- Place a bobbin in the machine with the thread color for the final outline.

Return the hoop to the machine and stitch the last color, which will be the final outline.
Remove the project from the hoop, tear away the stabilizer and remove the EVA (if you used it), and clean up your embroidery.

AND FINISHED!
